Mr Jiandong He - Chairman
Mr Jiangdong He is a directors and chairman of both Singapore Shenke International Investment Pte Ltd (Shenke), a company incorporated in Singapore and Shenke Holdings Ltd, a company incorporated in China. Shenke is a major shareholder in A-Cap. Mr He beneficially owns and controls all the voting power of Shenke through his control of Shenke Holdings Ltd.
Mr Paul Ingram - Deputy Chairman
Mr. Ingram has been a geologist for over 30 years and has extensive experience in corporate and technical management of exploration and mining companies. He has held senior management positions within a number of successful resource companies in the precious metals and energy sectors. Mr. Ingram has worked throughout China, South East Asia and Australia. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of ASX listed Impact Minerals Limited.

Mr Michael Liu - Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr Liu is the current Chairman of East China Capital Investments Ltd and has over 20 years’ experience in public company management, corporate investment and finance, and international M&A. In the past 10 years, Mr Liu has overseen several successful acquisitions and divestitures of mining assets including gold, copper, and coal in China and overseas. Mr Liu holds a Master of Arts from the University of New Brunswick and an MBA from The University of British Columbia in Canada and holds Directorships in a number of public companies listed in Canada, UK, and USA.
Mr Liu was appointed to the Board in July 2015
Mr Jijing Niu - Non-Executive Director
Mr Niu graduated from Hunan University majoring in Economics and Information Management and holds an MBA from Fudan University and an EMBA from Cheung Kong School of Business. Mr Niu brings to the Board a wealth of corporate and investment banking experience, having commenced his investment banking career at United Securities Co., Ltd in 1998. From 2005 Mr Niu joined the Investment Banking Division of Guosen Securities Ltd and was promoted to be the Managing Director of the division until 2015. He was appointed as Chairman of Jiangsu Chixiang Precision Gear Co., Ltd. on 8 July, 2016.

Mr Mark A.E. Syropoulo - Non-Executive Director
Mark has over 40 years in corporate finance, mainly in resources and technology. He has been an Independent Corporate Consultant since 1994 and has during that time provided services to entities in the natural resources, information technology, environmental services and investment sectors, principally in Australia, USA and China, where he completed six years residence in Shanghai. Mark also has considerable experience in Africa, Europe and Russia.
Mark has served as an executive or non-executive director on several public company boards on LSE, AIM, Nasdaq and ASX markets. He is a BSc graduate (Mathematics and Economics) and a BSc Hons in Economics of the University of Natal Durban, South Africa.
Mr Zhenwei Li - Non-Executive Director
Mr Li has over ten years experience in mining operation and investment. He worked as a manager of the mining sector in several mining projects (gold, copper, lead and zinc projects), and he was a director of research in a private equity firm in China. Mr Li has professional knowledge in mining exploration and capital markets.
Mr Li holds a Master degree of Mining Engineering from China University of Mining & Technology, Beijing.
Dr Andrew Tunks - Managing Director
Dr Tunks is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists holding a B.Sc. (Hons) from Monash and a Ph.D. in Economic Geology from the University of Tasmania.
Dr Tunks has held numerous leadership and exploration positions during his 30+ year career, with various ASX-listed companies. Most notably, he was Managing Director of A-Cap Resources from 2006 to 2011 where he led the development of the Letlhakane Project from discovery and first drill hole to one of the world’s largest uranium resources.
Senior Management
Mr Peter Sheehan - Country Manager Botswana
Mr Sheehan has more than twenty-five (25) years’ experience in Mining & Exploration roles including: Country Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director (ASX), Chief Geologist, Exploration Manager, and Senior Mine Geologist. In particular his previous experience as a Country Manager in Africa, and managing mining studies (both Scoping & Prefeasibility) will ensure the Company is able to maximise the economic potential at Letlhakane with his strong leadership through the Mining Study phases. He has worked in multiple commodities in a broad range of geologic terrains having managed projects in Africa, South America, Australia and Europe. Peter has a proven Health & Safety and Sustainability focus, clearly demonstrated when Tanzania office received IAMGOLD President’s Annual Award for both Health & Safety and Sustainability whilst he was Country Manager. He graduated in 1994 with a B.Sc. Hons in Geology from Monash University, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Mr Harry Mustard - Explorations Manager
Mr Mustard graduated in 1984 with a B.Sc. Hons in geology at the James Cook University of North Queensland and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. Since graduating, Mr Mustard has worked as a geologist in the exploration and the mining industry throughout Australia, Southeast Asia, China, Mongolia, Africa and North America. His experience covers a broad range of commodities with focus on gold, base metals, uranium and coal. Over the past 20 years Mr Mustard has been managing exploration programmes from grassroots through to near mine situations and as a result has developed a good understanding of the requirements to ensure resource drill programmes are completed to JORC standards.
Mr Malcolm Smartt - Company Secretary
Mr Smartt is a Corporate Consultant to listed and unlisted public companies. He is a qualified Accountant and Company Secretary having had considerable experience in Directorial, Financial and Company Secretary roles with a number of listed companies in the resource sector in Australia, South East Asia and Africa.
